Introduction

Our goal is to appreciate and reward our loyal customers for their continuous support. This Loyalty Membership Rewards Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the enrollment, acquisition, and utilization of rewards for loyalty members.

Membership

Customers may enroll in our Loyalty Program at any time. Membership creation is free and requires customers to provide relevant personal information. Maintaining membership is subject to active engagement, a minimum of one purchase every year. 

Tier System

Our Loyalty Program consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each subsequent tier offers improved benefits and rewards. The tier allocation is determined by purchase activities and points accrued during a defined period. The tier system is reset for every member a year after they have entered a specific tier. 

Earning Points

Members earn points for every qualifying purchase, with the scale of points varying according to the membership tier. 

Utilizing Rewards

Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts on services. The points value varies depending upon the reward in question. All rewards have an expiry date.

 

Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. This may result in the forfeiture of accumulated points and tier status.

Your privacy matters to us. All personal information provided by the customer will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
