This Confidentiality & Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect confidential information during the course of our engagements.
By working with Omni Media Consulting, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes but is not limited to:
- Marketing strategies, plans, and roadmaps
- Brand guidelines, customer data, and campaign performance metrics
- Business goals, budgets, and internal analytics
- Credentials, access to digital platforms, CRMs, dashboards, and paid ad accounts
- Proposals, documentation, creative assets, and communication records
We acknowledge that all such information shared by the client is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without explicit, written permission.
2. Collection & Use of Data
We collect and use data only as necessary for:
- Executing marketing strategies and delivering agreed-upon services
- Reporting campaign performance, analytics, and recommendations
- Managing access to ad accounts, SEO tools, automation platforms, and third-party integrations
- Improving service delivery and optimizing performance over time
Data is accessed on a need-to-know basis and handled with care by authorized personnel only.
3. Third-Party Platform Access
At Omni Media Consulting, we leverage a robust ecosystem of industry-leading tools across strategy, execution, and optimization to drive measurable results. Our team works across global advertising platforms, advanced analytics and reporting suites, SEO and content optimization tools, creative and branding software, marketing automation systems, and CRM technologies. Our approach remains platform-agnostic—adapting to each client’s tech stack while bringing deep expertise in the tools that shape today’s marketing landscape.
While we use only verified and industry-recognized tools, Omni Media Consulting assumes no responsibility for service disruptions, data breaches, policy changes, or technical errors that originate from these platforms.
4. Data Ownership
All first-party data, intellectual property, and platform assets remain the exclusive property of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
Omni Media Consulting does not claim ownership over any materials, creatives, or user data provided by the client. Upon completion or termination of an engagement, all access credentials, work files, and data assets will be returned or deleted as per the client’s instruction.
5. Non-Disclosure and Employee Confidentiality
All employees, consultants, and subcontractors of Omni Media Consulting are bound by signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and internal confidentiality clauses.
We ensure that:
- All internal team members handling sensitive client data are trained on confidentiality protocols
- No proprietary or strategic client information is discussed or disclosed outside the scope of the project
- Any third-party freelancers or vendors involved are similarly bound by NDAs
6. Case Studies & Portfolio Usage
Omni Media Consulting reserves the right to develop case studies based on completed client projects for the purpose of showcasing strategic capabilities, industry expertise, and service delivery. These case studies may be used across public platforms such as our website, proposals, presentations, and marketing communications.
However:
- No specific performance data, financial figures, or sensitive metrics will be disclosed without prior written consent from the client.
- Case studies will focus on general challenges addressed, strategies implemented, goals pursued, and overall outcomes or trends observed.
- Client names, logos, or proprietary information will only be used with permission or in alignment with existing branding or co-marketing agreements.
We remain committed to protecting our clients’ confidentiality and reputation while demonstrating the value of our services to prospective partners.
7. Data Storage & Security
We take appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. These include:
- Secure cloud storage (Google Drive, AWS, or equivalent) with restricted access
- Password-protected accounts with 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
- Internal audits to ensure compliance with this policy
- Platform-specific permissions that align with user roles and responsibilities
7. Compliance with Local & International Laws
Omni Media Consulting complies with applicable data protection laws in jurisdictions where we operate or serve clients, including but not limited to:
- India (IT Act & Data Protection Bill)
- United States (CCPA)
- European Union (GDPR, where applicable)
- United Arab Emirates (Federal Data Protection Laws)
We will work with clients to fulfill any compliance requirements specific to their region or industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, etc.).
8. Retention & Destruction of Data
Client data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill contractual obligations. Upon project completion, data may be:
- Archived for reporting purposes (for up to 24 months unless specified otherwise), or
- Permanently deleted upon written request by the client at the discretion of the Agency.
We follow secure deletion procedures for sensitive information stored digitally.
9. Breach Notification Protocol
In the unlikely event of a data breach, Omni Media Consulting will:
- Notify affected clients within 72 hours of detection
- Provide details on the nature of the breach and affected systems
- Share mitigation steps taken and future prevention measures
10. Revisions to This Policy
We may update this Confidentiality & Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or internal practices. All updates will be effective from the date of posting.
Clients will be informed in advance of any significant changes.
